PRICING AND PACKAGES
Private Pilates Sessions
Newfluent Pilates currently offers single session or package deals for private one-on-one sessions at our studio. We currently do not offer sessions at a different location. Please inquire about duo sessions.
Initial Assessment
You will begin with a 45-minute Initial Assessment which includes intake to assess your goals, movement patterns, strengths, and physical limitations. You’ll get a feel for the studio, the equipment, and how Pilates feels in your body while we assess how best to support you.
$35 for Initial Assessment
Full Sessions
Full sessions are 50 minutes each and will include a total body Pilates flow tailored just for you.
- One session: $90
- 4-session package: $340 ($85 per session)
- 8-session package: $640 ($80 per session)
- Larger packages available, please contact us for more info
10% of all proceeds will be donated to Heart of America Newfoundland Rescue
$80 - $90 per session (depending on package)
